The $550 AUD is our one-off service fee. Shopify, your domain and transaction charges are separate costs paid to their providers.
One-off payment for the agreed website build and rental-app setup. There is no recurring website-build fee.
Shopify Basic is currently $56 AUD month-to-month or $42 AUD/month when billed yearly. Online card-processing rates also apply.
Your domain is purchased and owned by you. Its price depends on the name and extension and renews separately.
Business email, paid apps, photography, copywriting and work outside the agreed scope are optional.
Shopify pricing and payment rates can change. Confirm current charges on Shopify's official Australian pricing page before selecting your plan. Taxes or currency conversion may apply.

What exactly does the $550 cover?
The one-off fee covers the agreed Shopify website build, rental-app setup, core pages, catalogue structure, responsive testing and launch handover. Shopify, domain and transaction charges are separate.
Is the Big Business plan included?
Yes. It is included for the life of the Shopify store covered by this package, with unlimited bookings, notifications, Search by Date, profit tracking and no app branding.
What will I pay Shopify?
Shopify Basic is currently $56 AUD monthly or an effective $42 AUD monthly when billed yearly. Shopify payment-processing rates also apply and prices can change.
Is my domain included?
No. Your custom domain remains your property and is paid by you. Pricing varies and renews annually. We can connect a domain you already own.
Are there other possible costs?
Only optional services you approve, such as email hosting, paid third-party apps, photography, copywriting, extra product entry or out-of-scope work.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, branding, product details and images, rental rules, delivery or pickup information, policies, social links and any required Shopify or domain access.
Are ongoing website changes included?
The agreed build, review and launch are included. Future uploads, redesigns and custom development are separate unless included in writing.
How do I send files?
Upload files to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or similar, enable access and paste the links into the onboarding form.
