The full package fee is required upfront to secure your website build. As this service is already offered at a competitive flat rate, additional discounts are not available.

When it's time to hand over your website, you have complete ownership to change, edit, add products ect. On transfer you will be required to pay the Shopify Subscription fee to successfully complete transfer.

The one-off fee covers the agreed Shopify website build, rental-app setup, core pages, catalogue structure, responsive testing and launch handover. Shopify, domain and transaction charges are separate.
Yes. It is included for the life of the Shopify store covered by this package, with unlimited bookings, notifications, Search by Date, profit tracking and no app branding. The Big Business plan for our Shopify App is worth $54.99 per month and you will receive it FREE for the life of your store when booking a website package with us. Shopify is where your website is hosted and requires a monthly subscription to run your website.
Shopify Basic is currently $56 AUD monthly or $42 AUD monthly when billed yearly. Shopify payment-processing rates also apply and prices can change.
No. Your custom domain remains your property and is paid by you. It is around $20 AUD per year. Pricing varies and renews annually. We can connect a domain you already own. A custom domain would look like yourbusiness.com or yourbusiness.com.au

Only optional services you approve, such as email hosting, paid third-party apps, photography, copywriting, extra product entry or out-of-scope work.
Your logo, branding, product details and images, rental rules, delivery or pickup information, policies, social links and any required Shopify or domain access.
The agreed build, review and launch are included. Future uploads, redesigns and custom development are separate unless included in writing.

HOW IT WORKS
Fill in the Client Onboarding form with your business, branding, inventory, policies and rental workflow. We will reach out within 24 hours of receiving your Client Onboarding form to send you login in details to view your Shopify website build.
Share your logo, images, product information, policies and existing website or domain details. If you have your dresses listed elsewhere like The Volte, One Wardrobe, Designer Ex, Instagram or else where we can take all those listings and import them into the site.
We create your Shopify website, configure The Dress Rental App and prepare the customer journey. You get unlimited revisions until happy with your website.
Review the build, provide feedback, approve the site and receive your handover. We then provide 30 days free support after website transfer. We also provide you with our documentation which has tutorials on how to edit your website and how to use our Shopify app.
NO HIDDEN FEES
The $550 AUD is our one-off service fee. Shopify, your domain and transaction charges are separate costs paid to their providers.
