Rebuilding completed sections because the client has changed direction
Ongoing changes after the website has been approved and handed over
Additional work may require a separate quote.
Payments and Refunds
The full $550 AUD fee must be paid before work begins.
Payment secures your build position and allows work to commence.
Refunds are not provided for a change of mind after work has started. This does not remove any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If we are unable to provide the agreed service, any refund or remedy will be determined based on the work completed, costs incurred and your rights under applicable law.
Cancellations
You may cancel the project by providing written notice.
When a project is cancelled after work has started:
Completed work may be provided where practical
Work already completed remains payable
Any unfinished work will stop
Access to unpaid or incomplete work may be withheld
We may pause or end the project if the client does not provide required access, information, payment or reasonable cooperation.
Third-Party Services
Shopify, domains, payment providers and third-party apps are operated by separate companies.
We cannot guarantee:
Approval for Shopify Payments, Afterpay, PayPal or other providers
Continued third-party app availability
Shopify or app uptime
Specific payment-processing rates
Future Shopify or app features
Continued compatibility after third-party updates
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account suspensions or technical changes made by third-party providers.
Policies and Legal Content
We may assist with adding general hire policies, terms, returns information and other website content.
Any templates provided are general information only and are not legal advice.
The client is responsible for reviewing their policies and ensuring their business complies with all applicable laws, regulations and consumer obligations.

The website will be presented to you for final review before handover.
Once you approve the website:
The Shopify store will be transferred or handed over to you
You will be responsible for Shopify subscription costs
You will be responsible for managing the website
You will be responsible for future products, bookings and updates
You will receive basic instructions or training
Any changes made by the client or another developer after handover are outside our responsibility.
Ownership
Once full payment has been received, you own the completed website content and store setup created specifically for your business.
Shopify themes, apps, fonts, images and third-party tools remain subject to their original licences and provider terms.
The Dress Rental App remains owned and operated by its developer and is licensed for use on your store.
